I had a very pleasant experience at People’s Clinic in Johor Bahru. I came all the way from Indonesia and was happy with my decision to visit this clinic.

Dr. Arvind was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a personalized approach based on my needs. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to answer my questions.

I would also like to give special thanks to Susanti, Lia, and Izati Haryatun, who were all incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their kindness made my visit even more comfortable and enjoyable.

The overall experience was smooth and pleasant, and I truly appreciated the excellent service from the entire team.

I’ve been to many other doctors, but this is the doctor who managed to cure my persistent cough more than two months.

I recently got my lifelong Prevenar 20 vaccination here for RM300 as well.

When I later needed documentation for an insurance claim, the clinic was very responsive and helpful，they promptly provided the diagnosis, a signed and stamped medical document, and a detailed breakdown of my medications. This made the whole insurance process so much smoother.
