What Is a General Consultation?
A general consultation is a visit with a general practitioner (GP) to assess, diagnose and treat common illnesses, minor injuries and everyday health concerns. At Klinik People’s in Johor Bahru, our doctors take the time to listen, examine you properly and explain your treatment options clearly. If you need further tests or specialist care, we’ll arrange it for you.
Serving the Johor Bahru community since 1936, Klinik People’s is a family-centred GP clinic at 41 Jalan Ibrahim, Bandar Johor Bahru. We see patients of all ages, from babies to seniors.
During your consultation, our doctors will:
- Ask about your symptoms and medical history
- Carry out a physical examination
- Order rapid or laboratory tests if needed
- Prescribe medication dispensed on-site
- Issue a medical certificate (MC) when appropriate
- Refer you to a specialist or hospital if required
